[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The outside world reveals the inside world, and your external chores can help you manage your internal chore list. We get so busy with the world “out there” that we forget about the world “in here.” However, if we’re being mindful about what’s going on “out there,” it helps us figure out what’s going on inside.
A stack of dishes you’re feeling too lazy to do may be a sign that you need to work on motivation. A home-improvement project that is making you impatient may be a sign you need to work on patience.
Listen in and see if you can find a way to become more mindful and excited about the external and internal chores of everyday life.
Learn to use the outside to see what’s inside!

Well done! Sometimes I think it’s more difficult to those of us who “think we know” the ropes, to stop and analyze ourselves.
(PS. I love naps!)
@Robyn: You’re right! Those ropes get so twisted and knotted as we move ahead in life. “Knowing” them one minute may not help in the next. Always have to be in a spirit of re-examination and re-evaluation on this path of personal and spiritual growth. Naps help so much!
